Waiting on card not delivered

I am trying to follow up on an issue pertaining to my account. I have been trying to get in touch with customer service via phone the last few days but it will not let me call due to not having the correct card number.

I have a card that was declined because apparently I was sent a new card that never came. The account online does not match the card I have. I have spoken to several people since August to get this fixed. Last I spoke to someone, a new card was order this was a little over a week ago.

It still has not shown up. I have $250 that has not been spent because I was unable to use my flex account due to these issues. I will lose the $250 if I do not receive this card as I was told before 12/31. When is my card suppose to arrive?

I am now out of the state and will not be back until 12/30.

Is there a number I can call to talk to someone without having to enter all my info or can someone address this via email? Thank you.

I 'am very unhappy with Amriflex

I have been paying premiums for 7 months and still am not covered(insured) each time I call they tell me to keep paying ,but never send me conformation of coverage. This looks like a scam to me.

I'm reporting them to the consumer protection for excepting premiums without offering coverage. Which is illegal the last time I checked.

Incorrect billing

They were notified of my change in coverage to single subscriber from member and spouse by my employers plan administrator I paid the new lower rate on time and I still received a letter stating I owe more money which indicates they are not processing the information they receive correctly or accurately or in a timely manner. Contacting customer service is difficult and they seem to lack knowledge on how to resolve situation. It is a nightmare dealing with AMERIFLEX.

I dont know my member id number and the live chat cant find my acvount.

Not getting assistance on what my member number is. It's not my ss # and bots will not go beyond telling me that's not it. No live person. Then was put on hold and never got back to me. Technology is useless.

I haven’t been able to get a live person on the phone since April 2022. They send encrypted replies with unhelpful responses.

Card is not working

I have tried to use my card to pay for a co-payment and it didnt go through. I have been on hold for 2 hours yesterday. Plus I used the call back and when they called back they hung up on me. Now, today I have been on hold so far for an hour.

Worst FSA Benefits Management ever experienced

I have used many FSA benefits over the years. This company has shown time and time again that they don't care about their customers. They are worse than insurance companies. Constantly asking for personal medical records when they are not entitled to them because they state they have to deem the purchase "medically necessary"!?!?! An FSA account is nothing more than a pretax bank account with my money in it! Purchased goods and services only need to be proven medically related, not medically necessary!!! And even after spending hours on the phone with unprofessional operators, filling out requested forms and giving them everything they need, not want, they still drag their feet to pay the bills with my money!!!

Worst company ever

Paid them $3114 they said we owed for having no insurance for 4 months. They said we owed in the beginning? Then I mailed my payment on Feb. 14th. Our card is always deactivated!! Because they give you a 30 day grace period but if you don't pay your premium on the 1st of every month its deactivated until you do. They NEVER told us that so out of the 3 months we've had insurance our card has only worked for 2 weeks. Hate them. They have broke our bank never get cobra. Go to private insurance for health insurance. Cheaper and honest. We are filing a complaint and suing if needed. This sucks. STAY AWAY!!
